Tudor has been at the forefront of delivery of business growth within the operational & marine risk segment of the oil and gas market in Africa for more than a 2 decades.
As the Managing Director of Specialised Vessel Services (SVS) from 2011 to 2018, he oversaw year on year growth and built a business owning and operating 17 vessels. From 2018, working through the challenges of the oil cost dropping to historically low levels and the impact of COVID he continued to run the Admiral group of companies, delivering year on year performance to create shareholder value and operational resilience.
Now taking the Admiral Group of companies into a period of significant transformation, he remains at the forefront of remote area, offshore capability delivery.
With over 30 years’ management experience and a strong background in corporate development and operations, he has a proven track record in delivering transformational business results and change. He has run large bid teams, winning multi-million dollar contracts and has also run the day-to-day operations of high profile, countrywide work programs.
With a Masters Degree in International Relations, Tudor has run high profile government projects for both UK and US governments in Afghanistan, Iraq and Kuwait as well as advising the European Commission on geo-politics and security in the Horn of Africa.
Commercially astute, Tudor regularly delivers keynote speeches to industry working groups and specialist conferences.
After completing his studies in South Africa Jonathan completed his articles at BDO, where he subsequently took up a senior management position and was appointed as a director in 2000.
He specialised in management and tax consulting and is well versed in corporate governance and corporate finance having had clients listed on the JSE, as well as being the lead partner on a number of high-profile international mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in restructuring & performance improvement along with the financing solutions required in these situations to address stress, manage crisis, effect turnarounds, deliver restructurings and crucially enhance cash flow and improve profits to realise their value.
Jonathan has held senior executive positions including listed companies before joining the Admiral group of companies and continues to act in a non-executive role in numerous businesses.
An accomplished Technical and Operations Manager with over 33 years’ experience in vessel operations and the maintenance/management of marine engineering systems across a wide variety of platforms.
He has accrued a vast experience in the Maritime industry with a strong grounding in project management with experience in East & West Africa, Middle East and Europe. David currently holds a Chief Engineers Certificate of Competency STCW Regulation III / 2 Unlimited, APMP – APM Professional, High Voltage Authorised Engineers/Persons module, ISO 9000: 2000 Series Auditor/Lead Auditor and a Diploma in Marine Engineering (Mech / Elec).
In his early career, David spent six years as a Marine Engineering Artificer in the Royal Navy undergoing an apprenticeship in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and specialised in planned maintenance systems plus project management.
David is able to prioritise, plan and execute successful maintenance work to maximise the highest equipment availability and reliability.
Joining SVS in early 2013 and was appointed as the Fleet Technical Manager in March 2014, before moving to Admiral Offshore in 2018.
Technical Superintendent and flag state inspector with a wide variety of marine experience on Naval Vessels, Commercial vessels and Mega Yachts.
Experienced engineer, surveyor, consultant and Flag Nautical Inspector for the Marshall Islands flag administration. Engineer with in depth experience of vessel operation and maintenance and project management.
Currently working as part of the Admiral Offshore Shore side management team predominantly in the Compliance Manger role.
Monitoring to ensure compliance with all maritime relevant legislation, formation and implementation of safety and operational policies and procedures to ensure conformance with the requirements of ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW and local port state authorities’.
Patrick joined Admiral in 2023 having worked previously for the Admiral technical management team as part of SVS. He is the Admiral Marine Technical Superintendent. Patrick has over 15 years of experience with knowledge across all facets of marine engineering, coupled with outstanding project management and team direction abilities.
He has worked across all parts of Africa and the Middle East, finding solutions to often complex and challenging engineering problems.
A key part of the Admiral delivery team, he has ensured continued operation of the Admiral fleet under logistically, technical and operationally challenging circumstances, as well as overseen the successful dry docking of Admiral vessels to BV Class standard.
He is a qualified and accredited Marine Superintendent, with a Diploma in Ship Superintendency from the Lloyds Maritime Academy coupled with a strong background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Working for the now Admiral Fleet management team since joining SVS in September 2013 he has held various roles including Master Shore Engineer and Fleet Marine Technical Superintendent.
